The process we apply to undertake a Change Management project is straightforward:
- Plan an approach and strategy, including identifying a team and appropriate sponsorship
- Develop written plans including tasks, milestones, responsible team members/stakeholders
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team/stakeholders and begin implementation
- Gather and understand feedback/comments/reaction
- Address that feedback by correcting communications, addressing resistance or adjusting implementation plans
